Arri Signature Prime

ARRI Signature Prime wide format lenses range from 12mm to 280mm and feature an ARRI LPL mount. Signature Primes lenses use all the latest technological advances to display subjects without optical distortion. They were designed to render an organic, emotionally appealing picture while softening and texturing the full format with natural skin tones and beautiful bokeh. Fast lenses (T 1.8 for the entire range and T 2.5 for 200 mm and T 2.8 for 280 mm) provide depth of field, while smooth fall-off focus allows subjects to look realistic in the frame.
The ARRI Signature Prime Series is the first series of cinema lenses to feature a magnesium body that makes the optics incredibly lightweight and durable. They are also the first to incorporate ARRI’s next generation LDS system with high data rates and new encoders for fast ring position initialization.
The front ring diameter is 114mm for most lenses in the series. The optics are provided with an anti-reflective coating, light baffles and light traps that minimize possible distortion from internal glare.
